  • College of Naturopathic Physicians - (no website available)
The College of Naturopathic Physicians was chartered by the Connecticut General Assembly in 1942. Naturopathic physicians are licensed in eleven states, four of them in New England, and the State of Connecticut since 1932. The medical education required for licensing demands a sound grounding in the bio-medical and diagnostic sciences and a solid clinical foundation in nutrition, botanical medicine, and physical medicine. The United States has the highest academic standards for naturopathic medicine in the world with four federally accredited institutions.
