Naturopathic medicine utilizes several natural methods of aiding the body to either stimulate the healing process or help to prevent illness and disease.

Botanical Medicine
Medicinal plants and plant extracts from all over the world are used accord to traditional and modern scientific principles. Naturopathic physicians are the only licensed health care providers fully trained in the use of botanic medicine.

Homeopathy
A system of medicine based on the "law of similars". Specially prepared dilutions of substances are carefully matched with the patient to stimulate the body's innate healing forces.

Physical Medicine
The application of hydrotherapy, exercise therapy, massage, and manipulation of the bones, joints, muscles, and soft tissues.

Lifestyle Counseling
Addressing all aspects of a person's life including attitude, diet, exercise, habits, and coping skills associated with stress and environmental hazards.

Intravenous Therapy
The intravenous administration of vitamins, minerals, and herbal medicine to stimulate a healing response.

Acupuncture
Energy moves along pathways throughout the body which surface at certain points in the body. Stimulation of these points by the insertion of fine needles allows energy to flow more evenly and restores and maintains health of organs, cells, and tissues.
